Absence Reporting

Please adhere to ONE OR BOTH of the following procedures for reporting absences and assurance your class (es) will get posted:

By Phone – Information Desk - 791-2200

By Email – PC_CCAR (acronym for - Class Cancellation/Absence Reporting)

Teleconferencing

"CCC Call Confer" is a free service that can be used for teleconferencing. The CCC Confer project is located at Palomar College in San Marcos, California and is funded from a grant from the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office.

To use CCC Call Confer, you have to schedule the meeting via CCC Confer ahead of time. While you can get a meeting scheduled via CCC Confer fairly quickly, it usually takes a few minutes to receive the confirmation and specific meeting details via email. Generally, you should schedule your CCC Call Confer meetings at least 24 hours in advance.
