Fees

Enrollment

The State of California has imposed an enrollment fee of $26.00 per credit to all students enrolling in credit courses at California Community Colleges. (Education Code, Section 72252, Title 5, Sections 58500-58508). Porterville College reserves the right to adjust fees to meet state mandates.

Mandatory Fees

Enrollment Fees (Ca Resident): $26.00 per credit
Non-Resident/International Tuition: $184.00 per credit (up to 15 credits)plus a  Capital Outlay Fee: $33.00 per credit (up to 15 credits)

NOTE:  Tuition fee is reevaluated each year by the Board of Trustees who then set the per credit charge.

 

Student Body Operating and Building (Student Center) Fee: $1.00 per credit ($5.00 maximum)

Health Fee: $12.00 per semester, per student enrolled in on-campus classes.
Summer Health fee: $9.00

Other Fees

Parking Permit Fee: $20.00 per semester, if parking a vehicle on campus.
Summer Parking fee: $10.00

Associated Study Body Card: $15.00 per academic year.
Spring semester only: $7.50

Materials Fees

Some courses have special materials fees that are due at the time of registration.
